In addition to our on-call and emergency repair services, we also offer Annual Preventative Maintenance programs to keep your furnace, air conditioner, heat pump and other HVAC components running safely and efficiently. All program include a comprehensive written report indicating pass/fail status of all inspected components, and noting any additional parts or services which may be needed. Annual Furnace Safety Inspection

Our Annual Furnace Safety Inspection program includes thorough visual inspection and diagnostics of furnace, thermostat, ducts and vents to insure your heating system is operating safely and efficiently and includes:

• Check Thermostat Settings (heating and cooling)
• Document Furnace brand, model#, serial# and age.
• Inspect Air Filter
• Inspect Flame Sensor
• Inspect High Limit Switch
• Inspect Rollout Switches
• Inspect Blower Limit Switch

• Clean Ferrell Fittings
• Check & Set Gas Pressures

Annual Furnace Comfort Maintenance

Our Annual Furnace Comfort Maintenance program includes all items listed above PLUS:

• Remove Burner Assembly and Clean
• Remove Blower and Clean
• Oil Blower (if needed)
• Clean Condensate Tubes in Furnace (if available)

Annual Heat Pump / Air Conditioner Maintenance

Our Annual Heat Pump / Air Conditioner Maintenance program includes thorough visual inspection and diagnostics of heat pump or air conditioning system to insure system is operating safely and efficiently and includes:

• Check Thermostat Settings (heating and cooling)
• Document AC / HP brand, model#, serial# and age.
• Inspect & Replace Air Filter
• Test High & Low Pressure of Refrigerant
• Test Defrost Mode
• Visual Inspection of Outdoor Unit
• Visual Inspection of Indoor Coil
• Inspect & Test Contactors
• Inspect & Test Capacitor
• Inspect Unit Level
• Clean Unit with Air Compressor

Cost for Annual Heat Pump / Air Conditioner Maintenance: $99.00

Filter Changes

We offer an annual program to replace the filters in your HVAC units (4) times per year, (March, June, September and December). Cost for Filter Change program varies depending on total number and sizes of filters.
