"My house didn't have AC until Spokane Comfort installed a "mini-split" ductless heat pump in late March 2024. I've waited to review the project until the temperature rose. This heat dome that we are under is record breaking hot BUT I am cool in my house. The system's performance is wonderful. The indoor heads are quiet -- one is above my bed -- and easy to program. And the entire process, from answering my initial questions to cost quote to installation to final turn on, was efficient, clean, timely. Wow, a product that delivers by a company that performs! "I booked an appointment for regular furnace maintenance, my furnace progressively ran louder over the course of about a month. I got booked, I think, the same week and the woman in the phone was great. For the appointment, the tech offered to come early and was able to coordinate perfectly with my schedule. He and his tools were clean, he even wore disposal booties over his shoes, he was very professional and candid/factual about his evaluation and applied no pressure to book an appointment to perform an eventually necessary repair, but left me with a quote and a general timeline to know what I’d be getting myself into. He gave me things to look out for and advice on how to keep everything well maintained. All in all, I feel better equipped to be a home owner and won’t call anyone else for help with my furnace"

"From beginning to end Comfort Systems have been wonderful. Our furnace went out just before Christmas and John came out and put our worries to rest. He was very knowledgeable and explained the options available to us in a non-pressuring and reassuring manner. Our project manager/technician, Josh was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, efficient and did an amazing job. Josh did an excellent job of managing the entire team and we felt confident the job was completed, not only correctly, but in our best interest. "Thank you to the crew at Spokane Comfort Systems. Eric came to my older duplex condo that only had electric baseboard and wall heat - no air conditioning. He scoped the work for a Mitsubishi air conditioning and heat system, and within a week the crew (Wayne, Coy and Garret) arrived and efficiently did the install. I work from home and am grateful for being able to work (and sleep) in comfort during this heat wave.
